Live Your Life With No Regrets

“Inspiration usually comes during work, rather than before it.”
-Unknown

Kekich's Credo #4

Real regrets only come from not doing your best. All else is out of your control. You're measured by results only. Trade excuses and "trying" for results, and expect half-hearted results from half-hearted efforts. Do more than is expected of you.

Life's easy when you live it the hard way... and hard if you try to live it the easy way.

What Is The Definition Of Insanity?

"Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."
-Albert Einstein

Something To Think About...

I am a big subscriber to the idea that we are either moving forward or backward, never standing still. We are either progressing or regressing, never static. If you share this idea, we will all get along famously.

Today's post is merely a nugget of this idea, please read, contemplate and enjoy.

Kekichs Credo #30

"Power comes from stripping away appearances and seeing things as they really are. Socialism appeals to psychological and intellectual weaklings. Identify and replace all external authorities with internal strength and competence. Take full control of, and responsibility for, your conscious mind and every aspect of your life. Being incompetent or dependent in any part of your life or business opens you up to sloppiness, manipulation and irrationality."

How To Rapidly Incinerate Stubborn And Unsightly Body Fat And Lose Weight Forever

By Kurt Lee Hurley

“A successful man is one who can lay a firm foundation with the bricks
 others have thrown at him.”
-David Brinkley
The other day as I was wrapping up my day and getting ready to head out the door, I had a walk-in ask if she could borrow a few minutes of my time. Now, although I am a fitness business owner, my time is meticulously calculated days in advance and I pride myself on being on time, especially when it comes to spending time with my kids. But since I was a few minutes ahead of schedule, I smiled and politely told her I would actually give it to her for free. No, not training or consulting, silly… Some time. Sheesh, what do you take me for, huh?

Anyway, she immediately kicked into telling me she had done hcg, that it didn’t work, invested into a “substitute a cheeseburger for a protein shake because they have the same points” program, it didn’t work and also was walking 45 minutes a day and that didn’t work either. Hmmm…??? I’m mystified, these crappy, one-size-fits-all programs don’t work??? Really, now…
